Convenient Location and Modern Amenities

This made shopping very easy. The hotel provides convenient access to Nishiki Market, with only a short walk needed to get there. I found that the proximity to Edion was convenient for shopping. I appreciated that parking was available overnight for 3,000 yen, until the afternoon.
I noticed a slight issue with the lighting system. There are two sets of buttons for the lights. One set controls bedding lights and the other controls the room's main lights. But the setup made it difficult to get the right level of brightness.

The breakfast buffet provided a very large international selection. There were European options available, along with both Japanese choices and vegetables. The variety met different preferences well.

The staff members speak English fluently. I found them to be very polite and helpful. They helped me contact the courier service when my luggage wheel was damaged. I appreciated their help a lot.

The hotel has a very central location with numerous restaurants located nearby. Many restaurants and bars are situated by a small river. I found Gion district and Nishiki market within walking distance.

This hotel's location IS superb. I found it easy to walk to many popular spots. The hotel staff booked restaurants for me quickly. The provided organic chocolate was very tasty.

the location is excellent, close to shops and gion. the staff was super helpful. the food on-site was great, i recommend trying the restaurants. the supermarket downstairs was also handy.
i found that too much emphasis was put on being nature-friendly. this felt a bit overwhelming.

the hotel is situated well it has a layout with shops and restaurants in the precinct. the breakfast and dinner included delicious options i greatly enjoyed. the location was central and peaceful with easy access to sights i appreciated. i found the bed comfortable for restful sleep after long days
i found the lighting system a bit challenging to navigate as two sets of buttons controlled different lights in the room it was sometimes too dark or too bright

cold pizza food quality
The hotel has a generally appealing design. I found a couple of areas needing work. First, the breakfast buffet seemed chaotic, more like a canteen than a luxury experience. It was crowded, noisy, and the food quality wasn't great. The cold pizza and inedible scrambled eggs? Seriously?!?!
